Fixed mark race

This is the first event for TSC in 2024!  They have it every year and it's just a fun distance race to get the blood flowing.

To celebrate Spring, well have some "Spring Cleaning" on the docks, then have a race to lunch. Assuming suitable winds, all boats will sail to the Island Restaurant at Highport for lunch (the club picks up the tab!).

The winning sailboat will be recognized at lunch with a prize.
